1、主要材料:嫩豆腐 (适当)

2、调味品:植物油 (适当)

3、嫩豆腐切割成2cm厚为的块。

4、炒菜锅放进油加温后,放进切完的水豆腐。不必滚动。

5、待水豆腐凸起,炸成偏暗搅拌使之炸制匀称。

6、外边金黄色,內部鲜嫩蜂巢状。
