1、烤箱提前预热240度 ,市售蛋挞皮放在烤盘准备。

2、牛奶,淡奶油,糖,炼乳加热,搅拌至糖完全溶解。

3、将2中的溶液稍微冷却加入全蛋搅拌均匀。

4、不需要过筛直接加到蛋挞皮中8分满。

5、可以在蛋液中加入喜欢的配料。

6、220度烤15-20分钟 表面上色至喜欢的程度即可。
