1、鱼肉切片,胡萝卜切薄片,洋葱切丝/丁,青菜切细丝。

2、开火热锅,油下一点点,鸡蛋敲碎下锅慢慢煎,大概蛋清全熟了就可以了,不喜欢吃生蛋黄的可以翻过来稍微煎一下子就可以起锅了。

3、鱼下锅前抹点蜂蜜,也可不抹,看个人,小火慢煎,与胡萝卜一起煎比较节省时间,中途撒一点点盐,加点黑胡椒更好,掌握好时间不能煎糊了,熟了就起锅。以后直接放入洋葱,洋葱可用大火快炒,变色了就可起锅,最后放入青菜,记得加盐,起锅装盘就完成了。
