1、因为珍珠材料中有淀粉,比较容易回生。珍珠煮过z后应该放在冰箱里保存,因为这样煮过的珍珠才可以保存得更久些。

2、冰箱里保存以后的珍珠使用时注意:拌奶茶最好是用热水把珍珠加热(因为冷藏过的珍珠会变得很硬)。再用冷水冲开(这样珍珠才不会粘在一起)。最后再加入花奶和糖摇匀即可。
