松茸菌羊肚菌金耳排骨汤的做法窍门

1、排骨一根,枸杞一捏,姜片3片,盐5克,羊肚菌四粒,松茸两抓,金耳20g。

2、羊肚菌,松茸,金耳用流水快冲表面的浮灰。放入一大碗温水中,泡发。泡菌的水千万不要扔掉。

3、猪排骨切断,与三片姜片放入水中焯走血沫。去姜,冷水冲凉。备用。

4、菌类从水中拿出备用。泡羊肚菌跟松茸的水,水底有渣子,把上面没渣的水倒入锅中,排骨放入锅中大火烧开。

5、烧开后放入菌类,金耳,大火20分钟,转小火,放入枸杞子,慢炖,放入食盐。出锅啦。
