1、面粉,玉米粉,白糖,鸡蛋,酵母放入盆中。

2、加入适量温水搅拌均匀至面糊状盖上盖发酵。

3、大枣洗净去核,葡萄干洗净控干水分。

4、准备适量大小的不锈钢盆,盆中刷上食用油。

5、面糊发酵至原来一倍大时,将面糊倒入不锈钢盆中,上面摆放大枣和葡萄干。
