减肥藜麦的做法

1、藜麦磨成藜麦粉。

2、加水前先摇晃一下,让藜麦营养粉磨散开,更易溶于水。

3、如果是50g左右的营养粉,可加入300毫升左右的温水(不超过45度)或凉水;觉得不够饱腹的,还可以选择牛奶/豆奶之类的液体。可根据个人口味调节水量。

4、加完水后,充分搅拌或摇晃。

5、待轻藜麦营养粉完全溶解与水后,即可享用哦~
