1、材料:腊鱼6块、五花肉1块、青红椒各1个、干豆角少许、小红辣椒2个、大葱1段、姜1块、蒜2瓣、干辣椒2个、八角2个、桂皮1块、花椒20粒、生抽2大勺、辣酱2大勺。

2、五花肉切块,青红椒切段,小红辣椒切碎,葱姜蒜切片,干辣椒切碎,八角、花椒、桂皮放入茶包袋;

3、干豆角提前用温水浸泡至软;

4、锅中烧水,水开后放入五花肉焯烫;

5、肉变色后捞出,洗去浮沫;

6、再次起锅烧水,水开后放入腊鱼焯烫;

7、2分钟后将腊鱼捞出,沥干水分待用;

8、另起锅烧热,放少许油,油烧热后放入葱姜蒜和干辣椒爆香;

9、爆出香味后,放入五花肉;

10、炒至五花肉出油,放入腊鱼块;

11、翻炒几下后,放入泡好的干豆角;

12、炒匀后,放入辣酱;

13、再放入生抽;

14、充分翻拌均匀;

15、加入清水至食材的1/2处;

16、放入装有香料的茶包袋;

17、大火煮开,盖上锅盖,转小中火炖20分钟;

18、放入青红椒,继续炖5分钟即可。
