1、准备500克小鸡腿;

2、把鸡腿剁开,泡一上午,去掉血水,面粉不放,其他作料全部放进去,腌制一晚上;

3、将面粉和芡粉加上鸡蛋搅拌,不要太厚;

4、搅拌均匀后加一勺盐:

5、将鸡肉裹上面粉糊,然后下锅油炸;

6、油炸至金黄色时,然后上蒸锅开始蒸,时间控制在半小时左右,之后出锅即可。
