1、负重提踵,背负着重物提脚尖,结合个人能力,前2组每组20个,最后一组25至30向上提踵时要爆发,迅速向上提,在最高点定1至2秒,然后慢慢下落不可以一下放;

3、负重深蹲,根扛着杠铃做深蹲,快起慢落,腰一定挺直,两组每组10 个,第三组13至15做到做不动为止;

4、拉跟腱,找一个台阶,脚尖站在上面使劲向上顶,然后慢慢落下,落下时脚后跟一定要尽量碰到地,每组20个,做三组即可;
