一、主料:

鱼。

二、调料:

食盐。

三、做法及步骤:

1、将鱼解剖,去掉内脏并洗净;

2、按1%的比例均匀抹上食盐;

3、将鱼放入冰箱腌制4至6天,腌制温度应为十到十五度左右;

4、用清水洗净腌制的鱼,在阳光下晾晒一天即可食用。
