2、场下练习方法:将球放在两腿间成8字盘旋,脸面朝前,同时眼睛不要看着球,然后做顺时钟、逆时钟的环球练习。双脚交叉,身体重心下沉,背部挺直,将球于胯下交替击地,双手配合接球,练到眼睛不看球可以随意交叉运球为止。
