1、爬墙摸高:面对墙壁而立,墙上预先划一条标记线,此线为自己最高的摸高点。然后,用双手手指沿墙升高,两脚起踵,尽量向上伸展。接着将脚跟与手一起慢慢放下。做上升运动时吸气,腹部肌肉用力;放下时呼气,腹部肌肉放松。

2、单杠悬垂:两手握杠(正握),做静止悬垂,到稍感吃力时为止。腹部肌肉应尽量放松。

3、摆臂伸展:两脚分开,两腿伸直,以右手触左脚,左手触右脚的交替摆臂转体,头部向上转动。

4、扶竿碰地:两脚开立,用一根竹竿(约同自己身高),放于头后肩上,两手握竿臂伸直,上体前倾与地面平行,两腿伸直。然后做向左、向右转体运动,使竹竿顶端触及地面。
