炖鳕鱼的方法:

主料:鲍汁150克,银鳕鱼300克,西兰花适量。

调料:色拉油,葱,姜,盐,味精,鸡精,胡椒粉,吉士粉,水淀粉各适量。

步骤:

1、银鳕鱼去皮,切成丁,加盐、味精腌渍入味,拍吉士粉入油锅,炸成金黄色。

2、油锅中放入葱、姜煸香,倒入鲍汁、银鳕鱼,煲至略烂,放入焯熟的西兰花,调味,勾芡即可。
