以右手为例,右手五指自然分 开,手心空出,用指根以上的部位持球,大拇指与小拇指控制球体,左手扶球的左侧,肘关节自然下垂,置球于右肩前上方。

两脚左右或前后开立,两膝微屈,重心落在两脚上。投篮时,下肢蹬地发力,右臂向前上方伸直,手腕前屈,食、中指用力拨球,通过指端将球投出。球出手时,身体随投篮动作向上伸展,脚跟微提起。
