准备食材:鸡胸肉280g,西兰花170g,龙口粉丝适量,黄豆酱一勺。

1、用迷你电饭煲煮水,加适量油和盐;

2、待水开后放入西兰花,焯得软硬适中,大概十分钟左右;

3、捞出西兰花,煮粉丝,粉丝煮至变软,捞出;

4、提前将鸡胸肉切小块,加入少量料酒和酱油腌制一晚;

5、把鸡胸肉倒进锅内,加盖煮7分钟左右,捞出即可食用。
