减肥时吃的水煮菜如何做

1、用清水,水开后,放菜,到你接受的熟度,捞出来,加盐,酱油,辣椒,最好不要太咸。尽量选择最喜欢的菜,不然很难接受。

2、去超市买脱脂鸡汤,如果不喜欢,或买不到,就自己买来鸡肉做汤。可以做之前把鸡肉去皮,如果觉得太残忍。就等鸡汤煲好,结冻后,把上面的油脂去掉。下次做青菜的时候,可以用这个汤烫菜吃。不要放其他调料,只放盐。

3、至于菜的选择,用白水煮,什么菜都可以,菠菜、白菜、韭菜、芹菜、莴笋、青菜,菜花、胡萝卜、豆角、豆芽、豆腐、香菇、蘑菇、海带等,想煮什么煮什么,捞出后放点调味料及香油就好。
