跳绳主要是手腕用力。这样能节省体力两手心不可朝上,尽量向下或者相对。

手心朝下便于手腕发力。两手臂自然下垂至两胯处,大臂不可向两侧张开,两手在前侧,向后跳时两手略往后靠,不离开身体。这样能把手臂的力量全都集中于手腕,减少体力的消耗。
