腰部柔韧性的练习方法 :

1、前俯腰:并步站立两腿挺膝夹紧两手十指交叉两臀伸直上举手心向上。然后上体亢腰前俯两手心尽量向下贴紧地面两膝挺直,髋关节屈紧,腰背部充分伸展。两手松引用双手从脚两侧屈肘抱紧脚后跟,使胸部贴紧双腿,充分伸展腰背部。持续一定时间后再放松起立。还可以在双手触地时向左右侧转腰,用两手心触及两脚外侧的地面,增大腰部伸展时左右转动的柔韧性;

2、后甩腰:并步站立,练习时一腿支撑,另一腿向后上直腿摆动,同时两臂伸直,随体向后屈做向后的摆振动作,使腰背部被充分压紧,
