烧烤的腌肉方法

烧烤前腌肉需要主料:肉,辅料:料酒、盐、花椒粉、黑胡椒粉、辣椒粉、葱、姜、香油、鸡蛋、淀粉。步骤如下:

1、把肉切成2厘米左右的块状,洗净,沥干水分;

2、放入盐、花椒粉、黑胡椒粉、辣椒粉、葱、姜、料酒,用手抓匀,放入冰箱腌制一晚上备用;

3、次日,把腌制的肉放入淀粉、蛋清、香油,搅拌均匀即可。
