1、跳绳以后一定要做拉伸运动。跳绳是一种有氧运动,能够消耗身体内多余的脂肪,使肌肉变得富有弹性,但是要切记,跳绳结束后,一定要做做拉伸动作,这样才能使肌肉分布均匀,防止出现“萝卜腿”的现象。

2、拉伸腿部的具体做法是:一腿向前跨出一大步,呈弓步下压,注意两脚平行都向前,这是为了拉伸小腿;接着一腿向侧跨出一大步,弓步下压,尽量低,这是为了拉伸大腿内侧。
