1、以左势实战姿势开始;右脚向后蹬地,身体重心前移至左脚;右脚蹬地顺势屈膝提起,左脚以前脚掌为轴外旋约90度。

2、同时右腿迅速以膝关节为轴伸膝、送髋、顶髋,把小腿快速向前踢出,力达脚尖或前脚掌。踢击目标后右腿迅速放松弹回,落回顺势站为右势实战姿势。
