1、不要吃太多东西。晚饭要吃少,并且进餐时间应至少在睡前三小时。饭后不要再吃零食,如果吃的很饱就睡觉,会加重肠胃的负担,肚子涨涨的不舒服,就很难快速入睡。

2、睡前喝杯牛奶。牛奶有安神的作用,睡觉前可以喝一杯温热的牛奶。

3、泡个热水脚。尤其是冬天,钻进冷冰冰的被窝,一时之间很难睡得着。即使用了电热毯,若脚冰凉,还是一样。用热水泡脚,可以洗去一天的疲劳,舒缓身体,并且让全身都能暖和。躺在被窝里很快就能睡着了。
