大体积砼防裂措施有哪些

大体积砼开裂的主要原因是温差产生温度应力裂缝,所以主要是从控制温度应力的角度,对施工中采取温控防裂措施:

1、控制砼内部最高温度,具体操作为先降低砼浇筑温度,然后控制浇筑层厚,接着通水冷却,再在砼体内安装蛇形水管通水降温,最后通过表面流水养护;

2、控制层面间歇时间;

3、加强坝体砼保温,减少砼内外温差;

4、提高砼层面的抗裂能力。
