红烧滑水的做法

1、材料。草鱼尾2尾,姜20克,葱3根,A.酱油2大匙,细糖1大匙,米酒1小匙,水200㏄,B.香油1/2小匙

2、将草鱼尾洗净后以厨房纸巾擦干,再放入热油锅中煎至两面皆微焦时起锅备用。

3、姜去皮、葱洗净,均切丝备用。

4、热油锅,倒入油烧热,放入姜丝及一半的葱丝以小火爆香,加入调味料A煮至滚开后,将葱、姜捞出。

5、将作法1的鱼尾放入作法3的锅中,以小火煮至汤汁收干,淋入香油后盛出装盘,将另一半葱丝放置鱼尾上即可。
