1、熟悉球性,先带球散步,让球能跟着走,再带球慢跑,能把球带上,但球不能离开脚的控制;

2、绕杆练习,杆距离5至6米,熟悉一段时间后杆距离减为2至3米;

3、脚向前上方摆动,用脚背击球,击球时踝关节固定,击球的下部。两脚可交替带球,也可一只脚支撑,另一只脚连续击球。击球时用力均匀,使球始终控制在身体周围。
