1、豆浆催眠,睡前喝碗鲜豆浆(只要少量的糖),可助一觉睡到天明。

2、生姜醋水泡脚治失眠,每晚睡觉前,用3大片生姜加入小半盆水中,煮沸后加醋1勺,待水温适宜,浸泡双脚30分钟(其间可适量加热水以保温)。连续泡脚半月后失眠可愈。

3、莲子粥安心养神,莲子清香可口,有益心肾,有助于睡眠。莲子还有养心安神的作用。经常睡不安稳的人,可晚餐食用莲子粥。
