1、艾草泡脚的方法:取干艾草50—100克(根据水的多少定,没有严格标准),先用水煮开后加凉水或待降低温度后泡脚,若嫌麻烦就先用部分热水浸泡艾草20分钟后再加水泡脚也可。

2、泡脚时间不宜过长,以20~30分钟为宜,后心潮湿、额头出汗珠即可。若泡脚时不出汗,也不可时间长,多泡几次就会有改善的。最好睡前泡脚,但要饭后一小时。
