2、高蛋白早餐这样吃:水煮蛋、牛肉、乳制品、无糖豆浆等。文献指出摄取高蛋白质早餐可增加饱足感、延缓胃排空,还可减少整天午餐与消夜的摄取量。

3、如果没办法接受无糖豆浆,那么建议使饮料的甜度下降,或是改成修正主食类的选择→白吐司改成全麦吐司、杂粮吐司,选择低GI饮食,减少血糖波动。
