经验步骤:1凉拌黄瓜,黄瓜切成片后放点盐稍微腌一下,再用凉开水捞一下,沥干水,然后加上醋,拌匀了,我喜欢再在里面加点糖,酸酸甜甜的还开胃。

2黄瓜汁,把黄瓜洗净榨成汁直接喝,如果不喜欢喝原味的黄瓜汁,可以加点糖或是加点蜂蜜调一下。
