烧烤腌制鸡脆骨教程

1、用料:姜片30克,葱段50克,精盐15克,料酒、胡椒粉、味精、生粉各适量;

(1)腌制方法:鸡脆骨解冻后,冲洗干净,待沥干水分后纳盆,依次加入姜片、葱段、料酒、精盐、胡椒粉、味精等腌约15分钟,拣去姜片和葱段,再加入生粉搅拌均匀 。

2、 第二种方法:

(1)用料:松肉粉8克,食粉4克,吉士粉15到30克,胡萝卜浓汁90克,豆腐乳、花生酱、精盐、料酒、味精、生粉各适量;

(2)腌制方法:胡萝卜去皮后,在榨汁机中加入适量姜葱及少许清水绞成胡萝卜浓汁,加入食粉、松肉粉、料酒等搅拌均匀,再加入胡萝卜浓汁、豆腐乳、花生酱、精盐、味精等,加入适量的吉士粉及生粉搅拌均匀,随后装入保鲜盒中,腌约1小时即可。
