1、深呼吸:早晨起来后,在室外空气清新处,两脚分开,与肩同宽,两手掌上下相叠,掌心向上,放于脐下3厘米处,平视前方全身放松,深呼吸,一呼一吸尽可能达到6.4秒,持续半小时。

2、有氧运动:扩胸运动、慢跑、游泳等运动都有利于锻炼肺部。

3、穴位按摩:用拇指外侧沿鼻梁、鼻翼两侧上下按摩60次,然后按摩鼻翼两侧的迎香穴20次,每天早晚各做1-2组。
