1、材料:葱2棵、大蒜若干、料酒4勺、酱油1勺、糖适量、辣椒若干。

2、锅中油加热,放入姜,大蒜、葱爆炒。

3、炒香后倒入蟹炒。

4、颜色变红后倒入酱油、料酒,盐,在继续炒,之后加入花菜。

5、炒熟后加点糖味精出锅。
