1、材料:苇叶500克,糯米1000克,小枣50克,薏仁50克,红豆50克,绿豆50克,金橘75克,青梅50克。

2、苇叶用开水焯一下冷却待用,糯米洗净用冷水泡24小时后待用。

3、将水枣、薏仁、红豆、绿豆用水泡开,金橘、青梅切成粒。

4、糯米和加工好的配料混合包入苇叶中,用水煮2小时即可食用。
