1、选择自己认为枯燥的书或者电影。躺在床上是在睡不着,可以在床头准备一本自己认为不爱看甚至枯燥至极的图书,或者看些节奏特别慢而且情节单调乏味的电影,看着看着或许就会困到不行了。

2、睡前几小时适量的运动。对于长期入睡困难户来说,运动是非常好的方法,做瑜伽、跑跑步、跳跳绳都是非常不错的选择,不过切记不可做太激烈的运动。
