川菜香麻奶露汤做法

主料:红薯300克。辅料:奶酪50克。调料:食盐3克,牛奶500克,白糖10克,胡椒粉3克,罗勒叶适量,花椒粉适量。

做法:1、将红薯洗干净,上蒸锅蒸15分钟左右;2、将红薯捣绥成泥;3、加入芝士、牛奶一起煮沸,边加热边搅动,感觉逐渐细腻即可;4、加入盐、花椒粉、胡椒粉、罗勒叶调味即可。
