酸蓝菜如何腌制

蓝菜以颜色浅蓝至深蓝而得名,味微酸、微辣、清心爽口、消油腻、助消化。

主料:胡萝卜、葱、蒜。

辅料:食盐、醋、白酒。

步骤:

1、胡箩卜洗净后晾干、切丝,葱洗净切丁,蒜切片;

2、将胡萝卜丝、寸葱、蒜片混合,加上食盐、醋拌匀;

3、把菜装入玻璃瓶中,加酒少许,密封瓶口放室内。三周后菜变蓝即可。
