1、解决睡眠的方法主要有以下几点:睡前不要吃得过饱,晚餐吃得过饱会增加肠胃负担,对周围器官造成压迫,造成夜间多梦,失眠,长期可导致神经衰弱。也不要在饥饿状态下睡眠,睡前不要喝咖啡,浓茶,饮酒;

2、要在安心舒适的环境下睡眠,注意房间温度,湿度适当,避免噪音,通风良好。作息规律,按时起床,定时上床,不熬夜。每天适当锻炼,释放压力,但是要注意不要在睡前1到2个小时剧烈运动。不要睡前看过度兴奋刺激的书,电视剧;

3、情绪稳定,心情舒畅,自我调整。必要时寻求药物治疗如镇静催眠药,抗焦虑,抗抑郁治疗。
