1、将新鲜桂花择洗干净,话梅肉撕成丝;

2、用干净的密封罐子,一层话梅肉,一层桂花,顺次码好,装了八分满,倒入蜂蜜,蜂蜜应盖住桂花和话梅肉;

3、用蜡密封好,盖紧盖子,一个月左右就可以吃了,可以泡来当茶喝,也可以涂在面包片上当自制的果酱。
