对于温暖的被窝,起床无疑是一大挑战,解决起床困难的办法:

1、让闹钟助你一臂之力。多设置几个闹钟,并且适当的提早闹钟的时间,让闹钟唤醒睡梦中的你;

2、不做夜猫保证充足睡眠。对于起床困难户来说,一定要解除长年夜猫的恶习,必须改掉熬夜的不良习惯,保证充足的睡眠时间,这样起床困难度就减小了;

3、适当喝水强迫起床上厕所。有人做过这样的试验,睡前喝半杯水睡眠时间为8小时,一杯水为6个小时,适当在睡前喝杯水,强迫自己定点起来上厕所。
