3、双眼直视前方,上身直立,收紧腹部。双脚与肩同宽站立,膝盖微屈,脚尖微向外。手臂贴紧身体,屈肘,手放在肩前,手心朝前。呼气,双手外推,使肘伸直。吸气,慢慢回到开始姿势。
