3、全蹲,每蹲5分钟站起来休息一次,蹲跳,脚尖抬起,蹲着跳;

3、进行短跑、各类跳跃、高翻、提踵等训练;

有器械的锻炼可以进行负重深蹲等动作来增强腿部肌肉。
