坐位体前屈在家里也可以练习,两腿并立,以膝伸直,上体前屈,两手掌触地,上体与腿尽量贴近,复原姿势后再做,也可两手扶小腿后部来做。这样有助于退步肌肉放松。“正压腿”,一腿直立,另一腿放于肋木上,身体正对高腿,上腿向前,尽量用胸贴腿,双膝不得弯曲,复原姿势后连续再做,一定次数后换腿。
