酸菜猪肠制作方法

1、材料:酸菜、肥肠、泡椒、白胡椒面、味精、葱姜蒜、麻椒。

2、大肠洗净,水中放料酒先把大肠氽烫一下去去异味;

3、添够适量的水放葱姜高压锅压15分钟,平常的锅要煮40分钟左右;

4、酸菜切丝,泡椒切碎,葱姜蒜切片;

5、煮好的大肠切滚刀块;

6、葱姜蒜,泡椒,麻椒爆香;

7、下酸菜炒香;

8、倒入大肠翻炒均匀加高汤或水;

9、滚开后加白胡椒,味精,盛出撒香菜即可。
