2、背阔肌拉伸:正确姿势:曲肘在头上方,单手握住肘部;身体呈环状,直至背部有拉伸感;腰腹收紧,略微含胸;左右侧拉伸维持15s。

3、站立股四拉伸:正确姿势:屈腿手握脚踝向臀部靠近;至大腿前侧明显拉伸感;左右侧拉伸维持15s。

4、仰卧腘绳肌拉伸:正确姿势:将拉伸腿伸直;将腿拉至向胸部方向靠近;左右侧拉伸维持15s。
