制作羊肉火锅的食材有当归30克、羊肉1500克、精制油100克、姜5克、蒜5克、葱5克、味精20克、鸡精20克、料酒20克、胡椒粉5克、白汤3000克,具体操作步骤如下:

1、姜蒜切片,葱切段后将当归切成4毫米厚的片备用;

2、羊肉洗净,切成3厘米见方的块,入汤锅氽水捞起备用;

3、炒锅置火上后下油加热,放姜和蒜片、葱炒香,放入羊肉、味精、鸡精、胡椒粉、料酒、当归加水烧沸后除尽浮沫,倒入高压锅煮10分钟后起锅即可。
