橄榄酒怎样泡制

材料:橄榄5斤、米酒5斤、冰糖(750克至2000克)。

做法:

橄榄洗干净,晾干。晾干后一层橄榄一层冰糖放入容器中。最后加入米酒,需没过橄榄。容器顶部周围需围上保鲜膜,再用胶纸密封。再放阴凉处,两个月后即可食用。
