1、自然界中含硒食物是非常多的,含量较高的有鱼类、虾类等水产品,其次为动物的心、肾、肝。蔬菜中含量最高的为金花菜、荠菜、大蒜、蘑菇,其次为豌豆、大白菜、南瓜、萝卜、韭菜、洋葱、蕃茄、莴苣等。

2、含硒量高的食物,可明显抑制大鼠肝脏炎症的发展,如果食物中含硒量过低或缺乏,那么乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性率及肝癌的发生率就增高。
