把带壳的鸡蛋放在白醋里会发生以下反应:

CaCO3+2CH3COOH=Ca(CH3COO)2+H2O+CO2↑,醋酸钙溶于水,反应后在水溶液里以离子形式存在,鸡蛋壳里坚硬的碳酸钙变少,就会变软。
