蛙跳是发展大腿肌肉和髋关节力量的运动练习。两脚分开成半蹲,上体稍前倾,两臂在体后成预备姿势,两腿用力蹬伸,充分伸直髋、膝、踝三个关节,同时两臂迅速前摆,身体向前上方跳起,然后用全脚掌落地屈膝缓冲,两臂摆成预备姿势。有氧运动是指人体在氧气充分供应的情况下进行的体育锻炼。即在运动过程中,人体吸入的氧气与需求相等,达到生理上的平衡状态。
